Appartement, terrasse & barbecue

😊: Cute apartment conveniently located close to all attractions such as restaurants , quay, port, market and seafront with home comforts such as a dishwasher , coffee maker and a large modern tv. Courtyard terrace is a lovely bonus and the property is quiet with charming decor. We didn't stay long enough to enjoy the bbq facilities but would have loved this had we stayed longer. Record player and board games were a nice touch.. 😢: Bathroom is very bijou and only accessible through the bedroom - so a little inconvenient . Whoever sleeps on the sofa bed in the living room if needing to use the toilet in the night will find it impossible to do so without waking the rest of the party. We also found a pair someones unworn pants in the sofa bed when we pulled it out to make the bed up - this was a bit of an unwelcome surprise 😮.

😊: It’s handy for the centre of Dieppe and within 5-10 minutes’ walk. There are many original features and it’s clearly a historic building.. 😢: For our group (3 brothers) it was only ok. Lots of areas could have been cleaner or better. Really needs bringing up to a higher standard. Felt no money had been spent for a long time on this. Some examples. Shower door not properly on the runner. Anyone not sleeping in the bedroom has to access the bathroom by walking through it. Door poorly fitting to bathroom. Cutlery not thoroughly clean. Chair back flaking wood splinters. Bedding seemed old. Being ‘bohemian’ is fine. This felt uncared for. The bike storage area was helpful but could have been tidied..

😊: The location was great for the ferry terminal. 😢: The apartment lacked care, it had a broken step to the bathroom, the bed was very flimsy and felt like it would break when you moved, coffee machine broken, quite unclean feeling, expensive for what it was, need a deep clean and updates throughout to bring it up to standard - we needed a base to wait for a ferry so it worked for us..

😊: Very cosy and well equipped, and convenient for the ferry and walking into town. Also very close to the best Dieppe restaurants.. 😢: Wasn’t keen on the sliding door to bathroom from the bedroom..
