😊: Nothing. 😢: This apartment was a complete disappointment and a total waste of money and time. The entire place was extremely dirty, with an old stained sofa, dusty floors, and floor tiles that were loose and moving underfoot. The lift didn’t work, basic supplies were missing, and there was barely any toilet tissue, no kitchen tissue, and no detergent for the dishwasher. Only “one fan“ was provided, which is unacceptable for the size of the apartment. The sleeping arrangements were terrible - one bed and two unusable sofas that had to be manually opened, leaving no space to move. Despite multiple requests, nothing was provided. The facilities listed online were completely misleading, and most things in the apartment were broken or not usable. I strongly do not recommend this property, and Booking.com should urgently review and take corrective action. This apartment is not fit for staying..
