😊: I didn't like anything.. 😢: Promised secure private parking which is one of the main reasons for booking this apartment. I need this because I had a lot of items bought from Spain and France, the reason for my trip. On arrival I was told by the owner that they do not have the secure parking space anymore due to an disagreement with neighbours so I had to park in the street. Then to access the apartment I had to unlock the key that was in a smelly unlocked car outside the building. Then we couldn't unlock the front door and I had to contact the owner. Once we got inside the apartment it was dusty and smelly. After driving for 8 hours in a hot car we desperately needed a shower or bath. The luxury bath offered was dirty. There were no towels as promised so we could not shower!!!! No toiletries that were also promised apart from someone's left over hair mask! Even worse there was no hand towel or even hand soap in the loo and a little bit of left over toilet roll! The bedroom was cramped and pillows cheap and lumpy. I put my phone on the bedside shelf and the shelf fell off the wall along with the lamp that did not work anyway. The cosy ceiling shown in the photos was a bright spot light. In the kitchen there were dirty sponges and all pans and utilities were dirty. Dust everywhere! There was also a fist sized hole in the wall. The neighbours were so loud even late at night! All night we could hear banging from the pipes. If we could of found somewhere else to stay we would of left as it was just horrible! We left early the next day feeling dirty and exhausted! The owner needs to make some changes as this is not acceptable..

😊: Compact apartment. 😢: Difficult to find the entrance.

😊: The apartment is very cosy and has a wonderful bed/matras. I liked a lot the style and decoration of the apartment. 😢: To go to the center you have to go by car. It's 40 minute walk but it's also easy to park in the center..

😊: Apartment was comfortable.. 😢: Not quite the right location..

😊: Loved the spa bath, which was exactly as in the photos and very easy to operate.. 😢: The key box was difficult to find and we struggled with the combination lock on the apartment door. The apartment is located on the outskirts of Tours and it's a very long walk into the old town. No bars or shops nearby..
