😊: I was unable to access this hotel room due to an incorrect code for the safe where the key is kept, or because the safe was simply broken. Customer service was evasive in all my questions and did nothing to resolve the issue. I paid for a service I never used, and I understand no one is planning to refund me. The room itself is in a rather noisy and, as it seemed to me, quite crime-ridden area. Parking at the listed address is impossible. The area near the entrance to the hotel room is littered with trash, dirty, and full of dog feces. Unfortunately, I can't describe the hotel room itself because I was unable to get in or stay there! I simply didn't expect such irresponsible behavior from the owner!. 😢: What didn't I like? It's impossible to call customer support! They respond to messages reluctantly and with standard phrases! No one even tried to resolve the issue with the incorrect code! And as far as I understand, no one is going to refund me for a service I didn't use!.

😢: For this room they required the deposit for the guarantee first to give me access to the apartment. I explained to them that I could not deposit the money this early, since I booked it for the same day and they had not provided me more information on how to pay. We arrived in front of the apartment and kept calling, but there was none to open the door or to communicate, even though we already paid for the room. We tried to call them but there was no answer. In the end they just sent us some automated answer about if we enjoyed our room, which we thought was a joke..

😊: Close to town. 😢: Towels, bedding, curtains, everything smelt of stale cigarette smoke Bed was a pullout settee, fine, but the mattress was very thin so felt every bit of the frame.
