😊: Nothing. 😢: Room is doesn’t match what you see on pictures,bad communication,they answer to my question after 7hour the reason why, they is busy because have too work.am booked other hotel because I don’t get answer straight away.i been too early rooms i not ready to use but anyway is looks different than described on booking site.

😊: Never more!. 😢: Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. It is highly unprofessional to keep guests waiting for over an hour outside the property without access. The listing on Booking advertises Wi-Fi, but it did not work at all. Breakfast was also mentioned, yet there was no information provided, and our inquiries were completely ignored. Such treatment is especially upsetting when you’re coming from abroad and rely on the accuracy of the listing. We felt misled – this is not how guests should be treated..

😊: Clean and comfortable with cozy beds and a nice shower. A fun surprise was finding toothpaste when I had forgotten mine—it made my day! The host was also very friendly and welcoming.. 😢: Nothing—everything was great, and I felt well taken care of..
