Appartement U Diu Grossu - One-Bedroom Apartment

😊: Wow! The view no words for how magnificent and breathtaking this is and priceless. This alone is enough reason to stay in this well appointed and comfortable apartment. In the heart of Bonifacio citadel with small supermarket and many eateries in your doorstep and 10 mins walk to the marina. Comfortable loft bedroom and sofa bed. Well appointed with dishwasher and washing machine . Easy check in.. 😢: The stairs ! Very narrow and steep 3 flights of stairs need to be agile. Leaving a bottle of water in the fridge and washing powder would have been appreciated..

😊: Amazing view, excellent location, the rustic character, great host - responsive and accommodating. 😢: difficulty finding parking.

😊: You will be totally awed by the view; we enjoyed it in different weather, different light and different times. Kitchen was well equipped and so we took advantage of the outlook and we ended up eating in a few nights as there is a small supermarket nearby. Bathroom was also good (but we had to supply our own toilet paper???). 😢: Limited helpful information to get to the accomodation as not allowed to drive in. It's best to park near Cafe Nicois and the driver can park in one of the car parks nearby whilst the other person waits with the luggage. Then walk past the boom gate, turn left and walk up the cobbled street as far as it goes then turn left again. It was easy to access the key but very difficult to get luggage up three flights of very steep, uneven stairs. The bedroom is in the attic, up another flight of stairs and had to crawl from the top step to the bedroom floor and one of us had to crawl in and out of bed..

😊: The view is breathtaking,location in the heart of the old town,modern apartment,Tessa the host is extremely helpful and friendly,we’ve spent 3 lovely nights in there and this was unique experience.. 😢: Be aware that nearest parking is like 1km away and you can’t enter the old town and drive right to the building by car,also you will have to bring all your luggage to the third floor on the very narrow and vintage stairs,no elevator.so if you have lots of baggage or problems with mobility maybe this wouldn’t be suitable..
