Appartement/Villa vue mer, domaine sécurisé avec piscine & tennis proche Cannes

Stayed at this wonderful property for 2 weeks and wife and I fell in love with its location and stunning views. You will need a car but you are going to be nested in a national park 5 minutes drive from civilization. Patricia (host) was super attentive and responsive from pre booking to checking out. Her villa has all you need from AC to parking and more. The rooms are spacious and in a serene : quiet settings by. The domain has a great pool to do laps, tennis courts and access to hiking / biking trails. We could sing praises all day long about this place and are going to miss it !!! In essence, Patricia is awesome, her place has all you need, the location is unbelievable and the views of the mountains and sea view / islands breathtaking!!!

The communication with Mme Sabot was exemplary and the reception very nice. The apartment is in a very good location and is easily accessible. It offers everything you need to have a great vacation. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the sea, the islands off Cannes and the forests of the Esterel mountains. The well-kept pool can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, as can the hiking trails of the Esterel. The apartment is the ideal starting point to discover the Côte d’Azur in all its beauty. A dream holiday.

My family whit two boys had a wonderful time at the Villa Theule-sur- Mer. We spend our vacation two weeks in middle of July. The villa was better than expected. The Villa was very clean, the beds great and kitchen had everything we needed. The view was great with both the sea and mountains of Estelle. We spend a lot of time on the terrace in the evenings. Surroundings are calm and the neighbor was very kind. The pool area was clean and the pool very big and we visit it almost every day and it never felt crowded. Some days we had the whole pool by our self’s. From the villa it easy to take walk in the mountains of Estelle that was magnificent. The nearest beach is 4 km from the villa. There were a lot of fish and we snorkel a lot. From the villa it was easy to take the car for the trip to the around the French Riviera. The only thing we missed was instruction in English but with google translate we managed:). I and my family recommend the villa and we will gladly return.
