😊: The sea view and the parking.. 😢: This is not an apartment (as stated in the ad) but a small studio. We were asked to pay an additional €20 in cash for bed linen, and the host instructed us to clean the place before leaving the next day. There are no proper beds—my husband and I had to sleep on a convertible sofa, while our son had to sleep on a bunk bed in the corridor, right next to the front door and the electric fuse box. The studio had a very unpleasant odour, and we had to keep the window open throughout the night, even though it was early May. The bathroom door was extremely dirty and barely hanging on its hinges—truly unpleasant to touch..

😊: The host was kind enough to pick me up in Guissan to get to the property. The town of Gruissan was really sweet.. 😢: I was disappointed by the bedding and the three old towels that were not guest quality. The comforter was old and the sheets and pillows had seen better days. The studio was not super clean and the paint was peeling in several areas. Although the view from the balcony was nice, it was a 10 minute walk to town and a good 45 minutes walk to the beach. I just felt like I was in my grandma's forgotten cabin. It needs a serious facelift if the price isn't lowered to reflect the rundown maintenance..

😊: it hada. nice view and there was a pool. the bathroom was really nice too. 😢: not alot of space but enough. the guy didnt speak english so luckily i had someone french with me..

😊: Very friendly host. Very clean room. There was a coffee machine and the owner left coffee for us.. 😢: No air conditioning. There is a washing machine but no iron for ironing a shirt. There was no wardrobe. There was nowhere to put your outerwear..
