Clean, comfortable, peaceful and well-equipped<br>#128578; Booked our trip last minute and thought we were picking the best of a bad lot ... but our expectations were truly exceeded! Family of 5, our teenager slept on the comfy sofa bed (you just pull it out and put it away fully made up, takes seconds) and we had plenty of room, it even had 2 bathrooms toilets! It was so well equipped (e.g. iron, hairdryers, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, oven, microwave, big fridge/freezer) the beds were so comfortable and the place was...<br>#128577; I notice other reviewers mention lack of air-conditioning in places, and this is the case here. I wouldn't really expect a/c in Paris myself, and plenty of fans were provided (more than one per room). One of the main bedrooms did not have anywhere to hang clothes in the closet, so we all shared the area in the second bedrooom, which again did not really bother us.

Exceptional<br>#128578; The apartment is clean and spacious, with all the essential amenities provided. The location is excellent, with two metro stops within a 5 minute walk, providing direct access to all attractions in Paris. The owners are very efficient and helpful with communication. We would definitely recommend staying here and will hopefully be back again soon!

Excelente ubicación, buena relación calidad-precio<br>#128578; La ubicación, está al lado de la parada Nationale, y cerca de paradas de autobús; al lado hay tres supermercados, bares, restaurantes... Además es muy bonito, está muy bien decorado y es muy muy tranquilo; al estar en el patio interior del edificio no se oye nada. Aunque no tuve contacto personal con los encargados, me facilitaron toda la info para conseguir la llave y acceder de manera supersencilla, y respondieron enseguida y de manera amable.<br>#128577; La falta de menaje, en mi caso, eramos tres adultos y dos adolescentes, y únicamente había tres tazas...en cambio, había toallas y ropa de cama de sobra. La fianza que en mi opinión es un poco excesiva, pero no tuve ningún problema a la hora de recuperarla.
