😊: The apartment is really nice with a great balcony which does have a limited sea view in the distance. We spent many a happy hour or two sitting there and reading with a glass of wine. The apartment is clean and comfortable. It's a 20-minute walk to old town Antibes and about the same to Juan Les Pins. And it's easy to get to the train stations to travel to Cannes, Nice, Monaco etc which was perfect.. 😢: Having to guarantee an 800 Euro deposit was excessive, in my opinion. We've never had to pay anywhere near that amount before. They didn't take the money but have only just released that guarantee, one month on. So they could have taken all or part of that 800 Euros at any point over the past month - even though they came to the flat to get the keys and had a look around as we were leaving. Perhaps they've had trouble in the past but that is, as I say, excessive. As others have said, picking up the keys in the centre of Antibes from a lockbox was a real pain after a long journey. We were warned not to shut the balcony door if outside because we'd lock ourselves out of the apartment. The problem with that is there are a lot of mosquitoes about and we had a warning about a case of chikungunya in the area. But leaving the balcony door open meant mosquitoes did get into the apartment..

😊: The apartment is a good size and had everything we needed. It’s in a secure complex which has a nice swimming pool and a tennis court. There is a big supermarket close by. The walk into Antibes takes around 15 minutes but a little longer on the way back as quite a steep hill and it was hot! Antibes itself was lovely.. 😢: I’m no really a fan of separate toilet and bathroom but that’s just my taste. I can’t think of anything else..

😊: The lovely swimming pool. Quiet neighbourhood. Easy to walk to Antibes and Juan les Pins. Response from management was always very prompt. Loved the large balcony and outside spaces.. 😢: Being told that we had to collect the key from a separate location at the last minute, and after we had already made our travel arrangements from the airport, was a bit inconvenient..

Good balcony with a distant view of the ocean and shade during the day. Was able to work on the balcony. Ideal for 2 people. Works for 4 as well - then sleeping on sofa in living room with excellent matress. Kitchen with all necessities. Excellent washing machine. Underground garage for the car.
