Very nice welcome. Good service. The hotel is in a weird area of commerce. Once you get in its cozy but needs renovation. Supernice staff. Fair during festival.

Staff allowed an early check in as I arrived from the train in the morning. They also helpfully called a cab for me back to the train station in the morning. The only downside is the lack of restaurants nearby, if you are on foot.

Located in a remote industrial area that made us feel a little uncomfortable

Good location and value for short visit to Avignon.

The hotel room was old and tiny. The hotel needs to improve the quality and cleanliness.

Basic room and bathroom, clean and tidy. The lady who checked us in was lovely, very helpful. Pool area good, can't rate the pool as didn't try it! Breakfast OK but could do with making better coffee!

The environment is not clean. There are many flies in room and dining room during breakfast. There is not wifi service in room, hotel provided wireline internet service and ask 10 euro as deposit. The internet is not stable, sometimes broken. There is not public transport nearby, you need to take 20 minutes to bus station.
