😊: The location was perfect for my stay. It was very handy for transport. The apartment was well equipped, clean and had great instructions for all aspects of the property. The wifi was also perfect.. 😢: All was good, shower could have been a little more powerful.

😊: The flat was really quiet, located at a perfect place with the tram right behind the building and amenities around. It has a cute balcony with a view on the Eiffel tower. The sofa bed we slept on was really comfortable. The communication with the host was great. Overall, our experience was positive and we would be happy to stay over there again.. 😢: The magnetic lock of main doors of the building did not work so you could come in without key or code which is not the safest. The elevator did not work the first day when we arrived and then for a while neither on the 3rd day. Even though the flat is really well equipped it may benefit from some more regular maintenance to check some small things that could be updated (painting, shower holder that was moving, pan that was too scratched so we did not use it)..

The box containing additional needed items for guests (toilet paper, dish soap) could be made more accessible.
