Appartement luminueux et calme, bien concu et aménagé, avec une belle et spacieuse terrasse, idéalement situé près du centre et de la mer. Le propriétaire nous avait indiqué que nous ne regretterions pas notre choix : je confirme ! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Alles von der Anreise bis zum Checkout hat alles super geklappt. Die Wohnung ist nahezu ideal. Schön und praktisch ausgestattet. Die Küche hat alles und auch mehr als man braucht. Die schönee Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein, man merkt nicht wie die Zeit verfliegt . Pornichet ist ein lebendiger Ort - das savoir vivre begleitet den Urlauber stets. Einfach schön! Danke Benjamin! "We have stayed in many nice places across France in the past few years, but must say that this apartment has been by far the best. The enclosed parking in the basement car park, is safe and secure. The apartment caters for your every need, plenty of storage space, especially in the bathroom ( which is always a plus) . The terrace with the outlook of a garden is lovely. South facing, so you can sunbathe all day if you want. 2 minutes walk to beach and town centre, with big market and fresh food on your doorstep. Small supermarket for all your needs close by. The safari park near Nantes, (about an hour away) is a must see, you can get really close to the animals. And also the huge mechanical elephant at Les Machines de l'île is Brilliant. We would definitely recommend."

"This is a beautiful modern and really well furnished apartment ideal for a small family. Perfect location, 20 metres from the market square which has all shops & restaurants, bakeries, self service laundry etc. And a great market twice weekly. Also a 5 minute walk to a fabulous beach with safe bathing & lots of children's play facilities. It is a first floor apartment, but with a light stairway and a lift which lands you right in front of the apartment door, and a secure internal garage for cars which is great. The balcony overlooks a raised terrace garden, meaning it is completely safe for young children. It offers peace & quiet in a lovely quiet resort, yet only a few hundred metres from a livelier scene. And plenty of other attractions in the vicinity. It is very well managed by the owner family who were always available if needed."
