Apt 2/4 pers. Arcachon + Parking / Le Perchoir

😊: 15 min from the main beach. Overall, quite cheap compared to the rest of Arcachon. Nice plan to spend a few days, while enjoying the close beach. A clean and nice little apartment. There was a booklet with general info.. 😢: We spent a few days during a heat wave, and the flat, without AC and facing south, was extremely hot. The place is on the main street in Arcachon, with a lot of traffic and we couldn't open the windows during night due to noise. Overall, it misses a few things that the place could add at no extra cost: for a 4-night stay, only 1 toilet paper was provided, shampoo but not body wash, 1 kitchen paper, 2 dishwasher tablets, and some remnants of washing machine powder. Finally, 30€ for adding a 2x2 towel and an old and short bed linen looks very expensive to us (the extra charge was written in the description). Communication with the host could be improved: the flat doesn't indicate the number outside the door, and we had to ask neighbours..

😊: The apartment was clean, and the kitchen had all you need to cook like you are at home Position is nice, walking distance to the center and while the house is on a main road is very well insulated. 😢: Check in wasn't the smoothest. Key must be picked up far away and if you are not by car might be an issue Washing machine (one of the reason why we chose the apartment) didn't work and we weren't informed in advance The bathroom noise (if you open the water or take a shower) is really loud in the bedroom.

😊: The property is in a great location, very close to the station and easily walkable to the beach and centre. It’s clean, modern and had some lovely finishing touches such as water in the fridge a cookies.. 😢: We had a few ups and downs with unlucky problems that perhaps wouldn’t affect others. Please ensure you have contact with the host and arrangements for the key well ahead of check in. Our host was quick to respond but we had to wait around after a long day to get the key and sadly missed enjoying our first evening in Arcachon.

Rien à dire séjour et logement parfait

Nid parfait dans Arcachon.<br>#128578; Super emplacement qui permet de faire Arcachon à pied. Décoration et appartement très confortable comme dans un nid. Merci à Heloïse pour la gestion et la petite attention à l'arrivée. Je recommande cette location et compte bien y retourner !<br>#128577; Rien.

Week-end très agréable grâce à...<br>#128578; Appartement refait à neuf récemment, très bien équipé (lave vaisselle, TV avec Netflix...) et avec un panier d'accueil. Décoration sympatique, parking dans la cour. Situé à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville. Face à la gare mais bien insonorisé.<br>#128577; Seul bémol : faire un arrêt à 20 minutes d'Arcachon pour récupérer la clé (à 3 minutes de la sortie d'autoroute). Mais pas vraiment gênant.
