Apt Évreux 900m de la gare

😊: The apartment was located in a very quiet and easily accessible area. All furnishings were of a good standard.. 😢: Is it right for it to be listed as a one bedroom apartment? The seating area is right next to the bed, which is not shown in any pictures of the property..

😊: The apartment was very clean and had everything needed. Balcony was a lovely add on Having some basic pantry items in the kitchen were very welcome. Salt, pepper and some oil, herbs and pasta. There were pretty macrame crafts around the apartment that could be purchased for a cheap price. When I arrived there was very little toilet roll. I enquired if there was any stored before buying more. Some were dropped off the next morning with an apology.. 😢: Lost WiFi most days. Was ok for me, but was a fair walk to town or any shops, so some may struggle if no transport The freezer made a lot of noise but if you open and close the door again it goes quiet. Unfortunately I didn't discover this until the second night 🤣 so not a problem. Little quirks to hand on to other guests.

😊: Really fabulous. Comfy. Clean. Great location. Great communication. Thoroughly recommend .. 😢: A really minor thing. Coffee machine fab but no kettle (we could find anyway)..

😊: Lovely apartment in a great location. Very clean with good facilities. Could easily stay there for a week. Quiet area.. 😢: Didn’t know it was apartment 13 in building 13. Didn’t know where to park so rang the host who was very helpful. However, there are instructions inside..
