Apt familial en bordure de la Capitale

The place was great — excellent location and very easy, responsive communication. The only issue was the insulation. On very cold days like the ones we had, it’s difficult to get the apartment warm, and it would have been nice if the heating had been turned on before our arrival. We checked in at night, and the apartment was extremely cold. Other than that, everything was good.

This spacious apartment is centrally located in the family friendly city of Levallois-Perret, with an easy access to Paris via the subway (line 3). Though it is not Paris, Levallois is a charming small town with a lot of shops, vibrant bars and restaurants and a well-stocked typical French farmers market. This rental has a huge potential, but unfortunately it is not well maintained and not properly managed: - we found the apartment dirty and messy upon our arrival (the kitchen’s cabinets need to be tidy up, the shower was filthy, the doors of the toilets and bathroom were disgusting/filthy and must be washed, some of the cabinets/drawers in the bedrooms were filled with junk, etc.); - some necessary renovations seem overdue (significant damage on the ceiling of one-bedroom, damaged hardwood floor in several places, shutters (especially in the kitchen) are extremely old, deteriorated, and difficult to manipulate, etc.). - some piece of furniture could be replaced (for instance the nightstands in the master bedroom are plastic stools from Ikea, toilet seat needs to be fixed). - the floor is a old hardwood floor (which is not a problem at such and is very charming), but there is no carpet in the entire apartment and when someone walks, the floor cracks and makes loud noises. This is particularly annoying at night, when someone gets up to use the restroom. - this rental is not stocked with essentials, and we had to buy some toilet paper (there was only one roll provided for a one-week stay), paper towel (none was provided), hand soap for the toilet (the bottle was empty and disgusting), garbage bags (no extra provided), laundry detergent, etc. - the house manual we were provided with was not updated and looked a bit scary (it mentions that the apartment door is broken, there is some construction work going on in the building, etc. none of which was accurate). - the door of the toilet does not properly close (which is annoying since there is only one toilet in the whole apartment that can fit 6 people), - there is a portable AC but it not useable (hose to evacuate the hot air is broken). There is a portable fan for each bedroom which comes handy during heat waves. - the apartment might not be suitable for families with small children, strollers, etc. since the elevator is tiny and can fit only one person and a medium suitcase. The apartment is only 2 flights though. Overall, we were disappointed by the quality of this rental, which again has a lot of potential.

Spacious apartment and very close to local amenities. We had a great time here with children for 3 nights.

The apartment is spacious and well located near Paris. Many stores very close to the apartment (bakery, supermarket,..). Definitely I would return to this place.

very well located in a beautiful part of Paris, at the end of metro line 3, which takes you to the department stores. Spacious, pleasant accommodation. Super-responsive host; we had forgotten our keys inside and this was quickly sorted out. The only downside is that the beds in the three-bedded room are not suitable for tall people (1.80 m), which needs to be taken into account in the layout of the rooms.

The flat was just perfect, simply beautiful, very spacious, extremely well equipped and close to all amenities (including the metro, which is a real plus!). I had the opportunity to speak with the Guestready team by message and, honestly, their speed was staggering: literally 2 minutes to reply to my messages in a clear and cordial manner, quite simply unheard of. If you're still hesitating, frankly, go for it!

Lovely flat. ideal in terms of accessibility to the metro for a search for accommodation in Levallois. it is well equipped, particularly the kitchen. the floor would have deserved a more thorough cleaning. no hesitation to have.
