😊: the property was located literally over the road from the abbey and parking was easily available.. 😢: Initial impressions poor with over flowing cigarette tray next to from door. Dark and unprepossessing interior. Very stark and basic interior. Very uncomfortable beds. Curt instruction to do washing up etc ..
