Clean and comfortable. Beds very comfortable. You need to get sheets from arc1600 but easy in bus or 10 min walk down. Get bus back as it’s very steep. If you need groceries or dinner in eve it’s a walk and bus to act 1600. Very easy to get to slopes though- 2 min walk to the Mount Blanc slope and on way back just come off at the Mont Blanc slope near the bar. Very good value for money.
