Arcachon architect-designed villa, 210 m2, heated pool in season, walking distance to beach.

Three generations stayed at the villa, including children aged between 4 and 14. Very well equipped kitchen, large living space including ample outside dining area. Good size bedrooms, three en suite. Charlotte was friendly informative and always available to answer questions. Pleasant walk through the woods to the lovely Pereire beach. Boulangerie, grocery store, pharmacy etc all within a short walk. The number 3 bus stop is a two minue walk away and takes only ten minutes to central Arcachon. Some have commented that the pool was cold, but we found it to be ideal - the children spent many happy hours in the pool every day. Overall, a spacious villa in a lovely area. We enjoyed our time there enormously

Superb location and property

The owner met us at the house and was very thorough in her help in getting us comfortable with the property. There were 11 of us with 4 children under the age of 5. The house was absolutely perfect for each family! Each adult couple got their own bedroom and with pull out beds and sofa sleepers in the den and the crib, we were all set. 3 rooms have their own in room showers. Perfect! The great room was fantastic for everyone. We could be fixing dinners as the kids combined indoor and outdoor activities within our visibility. The pool was awesome and we’re very happy it had a safety cover when not in use. The house location was perfect to also rent bikes and ride to many destinations (even to the dunes!) Walking distance to local market for morning baguettes and croissants. Kids would sit at barstools for early morning croissants. Outside on the patio for lunch and in the evening, we barbecued and all had dinner around the large table with French wine from the local store. It was perfect for us. The ability to open glass wall doors on all sides on such a lush property was very lovely. The house appliances are top notch and tons of kitchen tools and place settings were great. More than enough linens for everything we needed. Pillows and blankets were nice quality and all beds were comfortable. There are playgrounds and so many attractions in a short drive or bike ride. Absolutely recommend staying here!

We had a fabulous time in the home of Luc and Florence. The house was beautiful and well appointed and the area is gorgeous. We shall return.
