Architect villa, 12x7 infinity pool, near Avignon, Orange, 14 pers.

Amazing property in a great location. Would definitely recommend

We were 3 generations staying in the villa. We found it to be spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We were welcomed by Victor, who was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Due to the extremely high temperatures, we requested fans for the 3 bedrooms which weren't air conditioned, which he kindly supplied. We all enjoyed the pool, and there were plenty of shady areas around the villa to sit out of the sun. I especially liked the fact that there were 2 enormous tables, one inside and one on the terrace, which meant that all 11 of us could eat together in comfort. There is a good boulangerie in the village, a short walk away, and plenty to see in the region, including Avignon, a short drive away. For those who enjoy wine, there are also lots of winetasting opportunities nearby! All in all, a great family holiday, highly recommended.

We though this was an amazing house, everything matched the description. Victor was always very helphul and nice to all. Thank you so much for a great stay, and we hope to come back again.

The property was clean, comfortable, spacious and very well- equipped. There was enough furniture for everyone (not always the case, I find). Plenty of space both indoors and outside. Outside activities were easy with pétanque pitch and grass areas. A very easy place to be happy and relaxed.

We completely loved our stay here. The house was perfect, clean, spacious, de kids couldn’t get enough of the pool & garden. And we really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. We would definitely love to come back some day!

Villa St Genies is beautiful & in a lovely peaceful location. Although we were three generations there was plenty of space & freedom. The welcoming wine is a lovely touch. Thank you. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The instructions for the hob are a bit unclear so make sure you put a pan on first, or it won't work! The pool area is very inviting & ,with young children in the party, having a shallow end was perfect. We did have to keep switching the pool alarm off as it kept randomly going off, even during the night! Sebastian was always very pleasant & will try to sort out any difficulties you may have. All in all a great family holiday in a lovely area.

The house and pool were fabulous – our grandchildren loved the pool and did not want to venture out into the surrounding area, but once out enjoyed Pont du Gard, Chateauneuf du Pape, the beaches at Montpelier and not least Avignon.
