Art, confort et lit d'exception

😊: The location is excellent, it's just a few minutes walk to the tram stop Honoré De Balzac and from there a few stops into the centre of Rouen. The ground floor apartment is comfortable, there is a double bed in the bedroom with an en suite bathroom. There's a very large tv on the wall in the lounge.. 😢: I was disappointed at first to discover that although the listing said 'Parking', it is simply on the street. There are only two spaces and one disabled space in front of the property although plenty in the road around the corner. To be fair, we had no issues with our car being in the street and I wouldn't have a problem parking there again. It really needs a kettle in the kitchen..
