Art déco au cœur du Marais historique, avec terrasse privée

Charming, eclectic apartment with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Steps away from several nice restaurants, a boulangerie to get your fresh croissants and a baguette each day, a small convenience shop right next door. Very quiet and the most comfortable bed away from home I have ever slept in. A short walk to Place des Vosges and all that it has to offer plus the wonderful Marais neighborhood (don't miss rue des Rosiers). Our host, Barbara, was absolutely lovely and spent time covering everything we needed to know about the apartment. She was reachable by phone/text at all times but we never needed to contact her during our stay. We created on own Apero to enjoy on the darling terasse of the apartment. It was really nice to have quiet,outdoor space to enjoy after the hustle and bustle of the city. I would book here again in a heartbeat! Merci beaucoup Barbara!

Great stay! Barbara is an excellent host and the apartment was perfect for two couples, with plenty of room. When we had questions about how to use the washer and lower the heat in the bedrooms, she was quick to respond both times. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were nice, with good showers. As other reviewers have noted, there are lots of restaurants nearby and a grocery store literally steps away from the apartment. It's also close to two Metro stops. We would absolutely stay again!

Great stay. Apartment as billed. We had a problem one morning with the water heater and the owner’s daughter was immediately there with the plumber. Promptly fixed everything. The apartment is very quiet despite being in a great location in the center of the Marais. Grocery store next door and boulangerie down the street. A short walk to Rue de Bretagne where some of the best Traiteurs, cheese shops and high end patisseries are located. The terace does not face the very pretty park the bedrooms face, but is very sunny and inviting. We would definitely rent from Barbara again.

Barbara is a wonderful host. She met us and showed us everything we needed to know including how to use the washer and a few other things that we might not have figured out. We found everything we needed, everything was well stocked including coffee, soap/detergents, tp, etc. It’s a short walk to two different Metro lines and a grocery store is almost next door. We’d definitely stay again.

Staying here is just like having one’s own vacation home in Paris. We love this property, the neighborhood, Barbara, the host/owner. It’s quiet, yet so close to every activity including sightseeing and dining that one can think of in Paris.

This proprty is stunning! It is perfectly located for exploring on foot, close to numerous sites, and a grocery store a couple of doors down. It is large and comfortable, and fully equipped, and quite lovely. There are good restaurants right nearby, and the owner/host was extremely friendly and helpful, and was wonderful about communicating with us prior to our arrival.
