😊: The apartment was clean. 😢: Had to call owner for code to get the key in an lockbox Apartment was not prepared. No electricity, water or heat. English speaking French couple in adjacent apartment did not have this problem but helped us find where to turn on electricity and water. Heater in bedroom did not work on cold night Apartment and we left the next morning without staying the second night. Request refund for second night..
