At the edge of the Arcachon basin, recent villa 4/6 persons with swimming pool

A really lovely holiday home in Gujan-Mestras. The owners were extremely helpful and were available to help coordinate all issues. We arrived at Gujan Mestras train station and were picked up by the owner who drove us back to the property. The property was exactly what we needed; quiet, comfortable, modern and connected to things that our children could use and enjoy, beaches, adventure parks, bikes, etc. We were a group of 6 but it would still have been comfortable with 8. Lovely restaurants and fresh seafood everywhere, highly recommended.

A lovely villa in a quiet residential location. The communication from the owners was perfect, always replied promptly to any questions we had. Lovely pool area and and electric awning to keep you in the shade outside. A lovely restaurant at the end of the road, the rest are a drive away. If you’re looking for a quiet stay in a villa suitable for all the family then give this a try.

We loved our stay here, the owners were charming, very helpful and welcoming. Prior to our stay, they had always responded quickly and considerately to our email enquiries. The villa is in a quiet area, not too far from amenities, lovely coastal walks and good restaurants. The villa and pool area are not overlooked and feel very safe and secure, great facilities and very clean and comfortable throughout. Many thanks for a great holiday.

The house was beautiful, tastefully decorated, spacious, light and so, so easy to enjoy. The pool is a huge 'plus' and we used it daily in spite of the changeable weather. We loved the tranquility and the privacy but also knew we had access to beaches and the social life of larger towns when we felt like it. The holiday was a perfect mix of quiet relaxation with lazy meals around a turquoise pool and visits to busy, buzzing locations which were appreciated by our 4 teenagers. An excellent choice and definitely a place to revisit for longer than a week next time. Thank you to the Testons for a very successful and happy week in Gujan Mestras.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful villa, it is clean, modern, well maintained and everything we needed was provided...and more besides. We received a warm welcome from the owners and we were able to relax and enjoy from the moment we arrived, just what is needed on holiday. There are some pleasant and interesting places to visit in the area and the immediate vicinity is very calm and quiet, so good sleeps! We really enjoyed the lovely pool. I would not hesitate to recommend this property, you won't be disappointed!
