😊: It is hard to say what we liked about this apartment. It has a nice view of the ocean.. 😢: The instructions for retrieving the key were straightforward, and we found the key box easily. However, the box was quite outdated, making it somewhat difficult to extract the keys, which took a bit of time—though we were fine with that, given the building’s age. When we arrived at the fourth-floor apartment, the toilet wouldn’t flush. I reached out to the manager, but received no response, so my husband ended up fixing it. We also noticed there was no soap or laundry detergent, which meant we had to purchase our own. Additionally, we were disappointed to find the floors dirty, with no evidence of mopping after the previous guests, leaving them sticky and stained. Also, there was mold in the bathroom. The manager eventually got back to us in the evening, stating that someone would come the next day "to look at the toilet". This was unacceptable, as there was only one restroom, and it rendered the apartment unusable. When we mentioned the dirty floors, the manager assured us someone would come to clean them at 10 AM, but no one showed up. Feeling frustrated with both the service and the condition of the apartment, we decided to leave after just one night of our three-night booking. Our request for a refund for the remaining two nights was denied by the manager. Given this experience, I cannot recommend this apartment due to poor management..

😊: Exceptional view on the beach!. 😢: A minor issue is the lamp hung on the wall in the living room. For a tall person like me is not ideal, I banged my head against it several times :-)..
