😊: Location is in a quiet street near Matabiau train station. 😢: Mattress needs replacing. Its thin & you can feel the bed spring.

😢: The apartment is moldy and smells musty. The light downstairs, I'll call it a basement, not a room, is terrible I believe this is not good for your health..

😊: The location is right in the centre. Very close to the train station.. 😢: I was under the impression that the apartment was ground floor when in fact the bedroom was underground with no window. There was no electric light in the bedroom except for a lampshade..

😊: Very close to the station and center, i liked that it had a kitchen, comunication with owner was ok.. 😢: My low mark is for the dirty bathroom with fecal marks in the toilet. Sofa with bad smelling pillows from other people’s sweat and deodorants. Bedsheets smelling bad. All these cleaning issues are not acceptable for a rental apartment. Bedroom is downstairs, like a cave, no good lighting, spiders, dark colours making it look like a tomb instead of a pleasant bedroom. Glass table totally unsuitable for a small place like that because it is cold and it makes noise. Very big hanging lamps of in the room, very dangerous for the head, one of them was already broken, because such things are not suitable for a small room. We had two towels in the bathroom although we were 3 persons. No coffee sachets in the kitchen, it would have been a nice thing..
