😊: Wonderful apartment - very clean and comfortable and close to metro. The area is lovely with restaurants, bars and supermarkets close by. We will stay again.

😊: We had a wonderful stay! First of all, Vincent was incredibly welcoming right from the moment we arrived. Since we had an early flight, he was kind enough to store our luggage for the day, and by the time we got back from exploring Paris, he had already moved everything into the flat for us. Secondly, the location is fantastic—just a 2-minute walk to Metro Line 1 and 8 minutes to the RER station, which made our trip to Disneyland incredibly easy thanks to the direct connection. The neighborhood itself is lovely, safe, and has a wonderful, authentic vibe since it’s not overly touristy. Last but not least, the flat was spotless. The shower was great, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and our daughter absolutely loved the toys and books left around. Highly recommended for families!. 😢: As an unexpected surprise, we happened to visit Paris during an unprecedented May heatwave with temperatures exceeding 30°C. Unfortunately, the ceiling fan wasn't quite enough to help us sleep comfortably, and the flat got pretty warm at night. While an AC would have been amazing, we noticed that air conditioning is rare across Paris, likely due to strict regulations for historical buildings. Ultimately, we know this was just bad luck with the weather and out of the host's control!.

😊: Great location, beautifully decorated and very comfortable, spotlessly clean, surprising hi-tech facilities and very friendly and helpful host.

😊: I seldom give a score of 10 but very happy to make an exception here. The apartment was just perfect. Spacious, comfortable, fully equipped, good bed,... I was a bit afraid of street noise but the bed room is in the back and I could even sleep with the window open. Owner is a very nice guy and communication with him was pleasant and always fast responses. I've stayed in many apartments in Vincennes already but not as good as this. I just hope this review does not mean it will be difficult to book it again because I certainly would :-). 😢: Northing really although it would be more convenient to get a key from a locker somewhere..

😊: Vince is a super host having a super apparment in a perfect location. We are a family with 2 kids and it was perfect for us. Metro is right bellow, RER is a short walk too. Many great resturants around (check out google maps..). Appartmet as very well designed and very well equippted. Verdict: 6 stars out of five..
