Au bord de l’eau

😊: Fantastic location overlooking the river and within easy walking distance of the centre. A large fan had been provided in the bedroom which was very welcome as the weather was so hot.. 😢: The tiles around the bath had been painted and the paint was flaking which gave a bad impression. The tiles weren’t to the ceiling around the shower which meant the wall got wet easily. Some of the cleaning wasn’t very thorough. The stairs would be very difficult for someone with poor mobility..

😊: Location. 😢: Very noisy and cheap flooring. Something called Swikly which was useless Every time I used it froze my phone..

😊: Very convenient to the venue I needed to be at, also close to many sites of interest and nice restaurants. Quiet location. We enjoyed the historic building and being on the water. 😢: Bathroom and toilet accessed through the bedroom, a little tricky for person on the sofa bed at night. Information about where to find good grocery shops would have been helpful..

😊: Just the location. 😢: Old, smelly, outdated, yellowish towels, rusty bathtub, a lot of requests from the owner/ administrator and very poor conditions. No shampoo or shower gel, no light from the entrance to the apartment, very little flexibility.

La zona è molto bella e silenziosa<br>#128577; Le imposte erano rovinate e non si chiudevano, il parcheggio è caro, sarebbe gradito un asciugamano in più e una piccola tovaglia. Una doccia sarebbe stata preferibile

A great place to stay...<br>#128578; The property was in a great location overlooking the canal within easy walking distance of the old town. In particular we loved the view of the canal from the window enjoying a glass of wine watching the sun go down. For 2 people the apartment was well designed and had a bonus washing machine we weren't expecting. We think given the location and view that the apartment is excellent value for money and we would definitely stay there again.<br>#128577; Although the kitchen was well designed and functional it could be better stocked in terms of cooking implements. (eg: there was no bread knife and limited glassware). Although not a big issue for us, the steep and narrow stairs were a little tricky to navigate with our suitcases but its to be expected given the age of the property.

Exceptionnel<br>#128578; Le lieu est très bien, la localisation au sein de la petite France est très pratique pour les ballades à pieds. La cathédrale n’est vraiment pas loin.<br>#128577; Petit bémol pour le canapé lit qui n’est pas super confortable mais nous avons quand même passé 3 nuits sans sortir du séjour avec un mal de dos 😉.
