😊: Great view. Great location near the beach and the restaurants.

😊: We arrived at the key box but the provided code would not work. I attempted to text, call the host but got no response. I then reached out to Booking.com customer service, available 24/7 only to find that I was referred back to the host. We stayed in a hotel that night and returned to the key drop location Monday morning which had open hours of 9 to 11 and 1 to 6 PM at 10 AM. The doors were locked and Stephanie's picture and phone number are on the door but no Stephanie to be found. We did not even see the rental or stay there. During the same trip, we booked 2 properties on Air B&B and had great experience. Given the choice, which booking company would you use?. 😢: A responsive host.
