The property manager was understanding and helpful.<br>#128577; The bed was a couch, equally operating as a fold-up bed. That was not specified in the advert, but should have been. The inner courtyard was unfortunately not accessible as the door felt stuck and would not open, which was rather a pity since my guest would have appreciated enjoying some fresh air, especially as it was still quite warm weather.
