I spend 4month in this lovely apartment and it was a great experience... The apartment is perfect located in the middle of the historic center of Colmar with great restaurants just down the stairs. In addition to that, there's a vegetable fruit market just in the neighbor house. Also the apartment is lovely, everything's there and you got an amazing view. Just a advise, if you have troubles with stairs, i won't recommend you this place, because it's quite hard to reach the apartment in the 3rd floor and the stairs are kind of Amsterdam-Style.

Nous avons loué cet appartement pour un week-end "marché de Noël". Les 5 marchés sont à 5/10 minutes maxi à pieds avec des enfants (celui de la place Jeanne d'Arc est au pied de la maison). L'appartement est fonctionnel, au calme et largement bien équipé pour 4. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire et son représentant sur place, très bonne disponibilité pour notre arrivée/départ. Seul petit point à améliorer : la paroi de douche est à remplacer car elle a quelque peu souffert du temps et des locations successives mais ce n'est pas rédhibitoire.
