Au Coeur de Collioure

😊: The location is excellent, right in the heart of Collioure, close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. It’s a charming area, and staying centrally was something we had really looked forward to.. 😢: We were not allowed to check in early or leave our luggage before 3 PM. When we called at that time, cleaning hadn’t started, and we had to wait another hour. The apartment is one floor above street level, but the living area faces a busy restaurant, with little privacy. The bedroom has no windows, only a door to a covered shaft, so there’s no ventilation. There’s no AC, just two weak fans, and it was uncomfortably hot throughout the stay. The fridge had no freezer, so drinks never got properly cold. We met the host only briefly during cleaning and had no further contact..
