😊: Great value for money and the location was acceptable for my needs. It's a 2km walk north to the centre and the train station. Cheap supermarkets about 700m away. The washing machine has a fast spin 1400, that can be useful. Wonderful evening sun in the (messy) backyard and through the living room. Morning sun in the bedroom (but 100% shutter blind). Very big fridge (limited freezer space).. 😢: I thought that the sofa would be bigger. It is very comfortable, but can not sleep an adult. It would be great if the back yard would be cleaned up..
