😊: The location is amazing and the property has great setting..

😊: Location was excellent especially with people who have limited mobiiity , spacious rooms and gorg view of the river .. 😢: Little bit hot at night during the summer , a couple of fans would be very helpful.

😊: The location was perfect and it gave us great pleasure to sit outside our front door and watch the river go by. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable.. 😢: It would be helpful if the owners could provide better instructions on how to get there before you arrive! Google took us to the wrong bank of the river..

😊: Location is excellent. Property is clean and easy to access once we investigated on foot. Secure parking a plus. Would recommed. Great host, very responsive. Access to city centre easy to find.. 😢: Pillows need to be updated. Maybe more detail on accessing parking for guests like us from Australia as we weren't sure if area was accessible by car. Once we worked it out was easy but stressful at the start!!.

😊: The apartment is ideally placed being overlooking the River Rance, Dinan. The parking was superb, tucked away at the back. There was a little outdoor seating area. The apartment was well equipped. We found it extremely relaxing..
