😊: Loved the location on the river and the beautiful water views. Very good quality restaurants only a few minutes walk. Onsite parking. Close to nature for walking.. 😢: Driving access to the laneway and parking is challenging, but you get used to it. Can be a bit noisy early morning with delivery trucks if you have windows open..
