The house is a very good size, the bedrooms are all generous with lots of space so the house feels big and spacious. The garden is beautiful! The sun was shining so we were able to make the most of the garden. The living space is really comfortable with everything we needed. Excellent family home +++<br>#128578; Excellent family home right next to the Château de Fougères-sur-Bièvre. Spacious, with an open plan kitchen, and big living room and bedrooms. We spent a week there and we loved every single moment. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a massive garden and a BBQ. The hosts Marie-France and Thierry were amiable and their self-check-in instructions were very easy to follow. We would definitely go back.

L'avantage est à la fois le calme et l'emplacement idéal pour visiter. On se sent comme chez soi dans cette maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût et avec une histoire familiale. De plus, les hôtes sont à l'écoute et disponibles.

A wonderful place to stay...<br>#128578; Communication with the owners was very good and timely. Very easy check in with detailed instructions (allows for late check in as well which is a plus as there is so much to see in the area!). Very detailed and comprehensive guides to the property, and the activities/recommended visits in the area. The house is confortable and well equipped even for kids, the garden is lovely and the immediate proximity of a castle accessible after a 3 minutes walk is also a plus. A wonderful place to stay...<br>#128577; We came in really late in the season (mid November) and some rooms of the house were cold when we first came in. The property provides a portable heater, which does wonders, but for winter stays (which as far as we understand are not contemplated by the owners at that time) a second heater to place in the other rooms would make things perfect :).
