Authentic Studio - 2P - Canal Saint-martin

I am not one to give bad reviews but I think it’s worth mentioning that this property is not what is displayed on the add.The apartment is falling apart, it was cold and damp and could not get a hold of property manager to ask about heat.Having to lug your luggage to the 5th floor is not ideal either ( I’m aware that applies to many places in Europe) and bed was not comfortable at all.

I was impressed by how close the studio is to both Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord, It made my travel plans so much easier, The studio itself was cozy and inviting,

Una base perfetta per scoprire...<br>#128578; L'alloggio è in una posizione ottima, a pochi passi dalla stazione metro Jacques Bonsergent sulla linea 5 e 5 minuti da Pkace de la République. Il quartiere è tranquillo, ma pieno di locali, bistrot, ristorantini etnici e tutti i servizi possibili. La piccola cucina è atrrezzata di tutto. Ci sono anche un microonde, un bollitore e la maccina per il caffè con le capsule. Sotto il lavandino ci sono detersivi e spugne. Letto comodissimo. La finestra dà su Bd. de Magenta con una vista molto ...<br>#128577; Il bagno ha tutto il necessario, ma è veramente piccolissimo e senza ventola. La pulizia è buona, tranne per il fatto che abbiamo trovato qualche capello sugli asciugamani. Attenzione a chi ha problemi di mobilità perché per raggiungere gli alloggi ci sono delle scale strette e ripide.

Very good<br>#128578; Very convenient location, the metro station is just right next to the entrance. Clean and new Room feels like home. Great view from window. Supermarket is 3 mins walk away. The nice ramen Ippudo is also just across the road:D<br>#128577; Be prepared to walk up to 4th floor as there is no lift.

Très bien<br>#128578; La propreté, les équipements et l'agencement<br>#128577; Le logement au 4ème étage sans ascenseur, je n'ai vu aucune mention de ce fait dans l'annonce et étant asthmatique cela a été compliqué pour moi. C'est le seul point négatif et j'ai bien conscience que l'architecture de cet immeuble ne permet pas l'ajout d'un ascenseur, simplement le mentionner en évidence aurait été bien. Tout le reste était parfait !
