Authentique appartement avec vue sur la rivière Sorgue

The apartment was very clean and quite comfortable. It was well-equipped. The location in the town was excellent. It provided a very scenic view of the river and was situated on the quieter side of the island. I had a very peaceful and pleasant stay and would happily return again.

The owners are very lovely people. The kitchen is very well outfitted and the apartment overall is very clean. The owners even changed our linens and towels mid rental. Unfortunately the apartment is not well suited for a certain renters and certain uses. It does not work well for longer stays like ours because it is very small and the refrigerator is limited if you cook in often. it also does not work well in hot weather as we experience since the air conditioner is underpowered and is very noisy. Also, if you are tall, the bathroom is challenging.

Nice small apartment away from the hustle and bustle but within easy walking distance to town centre market and restaurants. Parking close by and reasonably accessible. Kitchen and supplies excellent. Clothes washer very useful. Good for short stays. Bathroom requires flexiblity to use and best if you are young.

We enjoyed the quiet location and ease of parking (free) for this location on the north side of town. The owner met us on arrival and supplied a lot of information. The town's Thursday Market was lovely! We are clean freaks, would've given it 5 stars, but the floor cleaning must've been missed.

Although had all the modern conveniences that we needed, it also had the character of the area that we wanted. Lovely apartment, great location, highly recommended. We really enjoyed our 6-night stay in this wonderful apartment. It was a perfect base and we loved coming back to the small-town feel of Sorgues after our busy day trips. Christine meet with us on arrival and showed us the layout of the apartment and gave great advice about local attractions. Thoroughly recommend this property.

The lovely host, Christine picked us up at the train station when we arrived. The apartment is one floor up in a very clean and well appointed building, you can walk to anything from here. The train station is actually only a 10 minute walk away. Bed was very big and super comfortable and the shower was great. All in all a very nice place to stay.

We spent 3 nights in Ilse sur la Sorgue and were not disappointed. The location was perfect, with restaurants and shops all within a few minutes walking distance. The location on the canal led to quiet moments of reading on the bench as a break from shopping and eating. Check-in was great, and Thierry kindly met us at the train station. The apartment had everything we needed and was well-equipped. We will stay there again we we visit Sorgue. Thank you Thierry and Christine.
