😊: Private, easy access, parking, good Location, clean and great communication.. 😢: Steep stairs for those maybe a little less mobile..

😊: Fabulous property. 😢: We had terrible mosquitos the worst I have had ever experienced. I had to stay inside in so not to be eaten alive.

😊: Nicolas was very welcoming and helpful throughout . The house is in a brilliant location minutes walk into town and near the local railway . Everything is near by and Le Crotoy is a beautiful town with many great walks and activities near by .The house is Immaculately clean and everything needed has been carefully thought of and beautifully decorated . Lovely and quiet and peaceful . The only two minor things is there is no washing machine but are launderettes in town again within minutes walk . The stairs are a bit steep but you get used to them . However the amazingly comfortable bed at the top of them more than make up for them ! A really wonderful stay in a beautiful town and little house and would definitely recommend it and return . Many thanks Nicolas. 😢: No washing machine but we did stay for a week so if were staying less it wouldn’t have been a problem . Which to be fair it wasn’t really.
