Außen grandios, innen ok, Kleinigkeiten, die man mal in Angriff nehmen sollte, um langfristig den tollen Gesamteindruck nicht zu gefährden.Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit.

La maison était parfaite pour profiter entre amis et la propriétaire nous a arrangé sur l’ensemble du week-end.

The pool and outside area is fantastic. Grand entrance. The bedrooms on the poolside are huge with great bathrooms. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with pots, pans, coffee makers, plates, glasses and cutlery. The bedrooms downstairs are not as good, could do with an upgrade. But very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommendProperty management was good. Marie's daughter is wonderful nothing was too much trouble. Any issues she addressed straightaway. The welcome was not the best which was a shame after a long and tiring journey.

We had a great time at this house. There is lots of space and it was very clean and tidy. We would love to return but in the summer so we could really enjoy the pool and BBQ area. Many thanks Marie for a great stay!Grace

Hi there! a little story: We (my family and I) during almost the last 4 years come once a year at this villa. As we were looking to book some days for the next year we saw one review that really chocked us because it is definitely not true!We don’t know what happened with these guests but it really sounds strange when we read this review and it looked like a revenge to owners for something (?).We asked the owners about this situation because we found this so bizarre (as we know the premises) and as I understood, those persons enjoyed really the villa but at the end of the booking period they anyway were looking to not to pay what they had to pay by the contract regarding extra charges (damaged tennis court, cleaning fee, etc.).We would like to share our opinion about the real conditions at this villa - no any kind of the problems at all! and the fact that we appreciate the living at this house even with the rainy weather as we also had during our stay and what we appreciate also it is the good feelings about the simply and effective way the owners manage the general rental. We were at the villa at the end of September and we did not notice any problems. Villa is excellent, all facilities work normally and villa's huge territory is in the perfect condition. Tennis court is also OK (in my opinion one of the best at which I played).As for owners, previously we already rented one of their apartments in Cannes and we know that if we have any questions they are ready to assist (but as for villa - it is not required because all works well and in the due conditions).

We stayed here for a family occasion with 13 persons. The outside premisses are fantastic. A beautiful garden, nice pool, great to enjoy the sun and have a bbq. The whole house has a large humidity problem. The downstairs bedrooms smelled terrible. You could smell the mildew. Sleeping there gave everybody a bad tightness of the chess and few even got sick.In the upstairs bedrooms (except for one) the mold was on the walls in both bathrooms. In these rooms there also was a bad humid smell. The clothes we kept in the suitcase got moist just by lying there. From the beginning we made these problems known to the owner but they did not acknowledge this huge problem. The living area and kitchen were very nice. The tenniscourt is old. Nice to play with kids but definitely not for experience tennisplayers like us. That was a dissapointment.Because of the beautiful weather we had a nice stay because again the outside area is absolutely amazing but the rest of the house has some major problems. Therefore I do not reccommed the property to anyone and is the price paid way too high. .
