😊: • The apartment has a modern renovation, with some minor imperfections. • The Eiffel Tower is within walking distance, which is a big advantage. • The apartment is well equipped: dishes, pots, frying pan, cutlery, plates, cups, kettle, and TV were available. • The room was prepared upon arrival: clean bed linen, cleaning products, soap, and toilet paper were provided. • The apartment has two toilets and one bathroom, which is very convenient, especially for families. • A large Monoprix supermarket is located nearby. • Convention metro station is only a 5–7 minute walk away. • Check-in was smooth and well organized; all necessary information was provided in advance.. 😢: • Sound insulation is poor. On three occasions, neighbors woke us up during the night due to loud conversations and shouting. • When using the electric kettle or the electric oven, the main circuit breaker often trips, causing a power outage in the entire apartment. • The left door in the bathroom does not close properly. • One of the two power sockets near the sofa bed was not working..
