😊: The whole apartment was relaxing with good views on the top floor. The host allowed use of the coffee machine the the various rooms. Traffic noise was minimal as the bedroom I used was facing away from the main road.. 😢: Not a complaint more of fact that it is the top floor (4th floor from what I remember) with no lift. Around midnight there was a fair bit of shouting by a couple of locals outside in the carpark which seemed to go on for an hour or so..

😊: It is in a good location- easy access to the centre. Well equipped.and comfortable.. 😢: There were no clear instructions re the parking. There was no mention that there were several steps to reach the property.

😊: Large living room with lots of light. Coffee pods available.. 😢: Overall a very disorganised experience with little communication. Host forgot to message us the day of the booking with information about the location, not even a 'sorry'. I had to call the host whilst finding temporary parking, trying to find out about how & where to park, as none of this information was made available beforehand. The host tells us to go to the top floor and get the keys from a lockbox, which would then allow us into the designated parking - but forgot to tell me there was a code on the lockbox until I asked if there was. This meant finding temporary parking, then going up the building to get the keys to then come back to the car to get into the actual parking, to then get all the belongings, to finally go all the way back up the building again. The beds weren't even made, and some of the pillows have yellowed from dirt & sweat..
