😊: The apartment was lovely and big with an amazing view and excellent location. All rooms were great except toilet and shower room which were rather small and dated. Amazing to have private parking and would recommend apartment.. 😢: Toilet and bathroom facilities small and dated..

😊: Nathalie was great - she met us on time to hand over the keys and had lots of local recommendations.. 😢: This was not the host's fault at all, but there is a big building development going on just outside the gated development where the flat is located. Building works started very early (7.40am!) and the large crane partially obscured the view of the bay. But it was blissfully quiet at the weekends and I stress that this was completely out of the host's control. It just made sitting out on the balcony for breakfast rather noisy and dusty! Fine in the evenings and, as I say, at weekends. I think the crane will be gone soon and the noisier building works finished. Flat is super clean and has everything you need. Great location too and - a massive plus in Cassis - there is free parking..

😊: Great view of town, fully equipped apartment.. 😢: Check in, due to poor internet connection in Cassis, messages at pre arranged contact time crossed, making it confusing for us and the poor lady trying to meet us. It would have been easier for us to have been told much earlier in the day where to meet. No wifi, which we knew, but as internet poor it may he beneficial..

What an amazing view! This home is perfectly located for easy walk to shops and waterfront. Extra bonus of parking was greatly appreciated. Enough supplies to prepare a light meal in the evening. We survived with no ac in September but not sure how warm it would get in the heat of the summer. Also hadn't realized there was no wifi.

😊: The location was excellent, the view was incredible, the apartment was spotless, and the price was very reasonable. Plus, Nathalie who welcomed us was absolutely lovely!. 😢: While the apartment was clean and functional, I found the bed uncomfortable and the decor somewhat lacking in style, though of course, that’s a personal preference and might not bother others..

nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement qui correspondait à la description faitel'intérêt majeur de celui ci c'est son emplacement et la vue dégagée sur le port de cassis et le cap canaille ainsi que son ensoleillement l'équipement est complet et suffisant ainsi que le confort ,mais il serait souhaitable que le propriétaire vérifie le bon fonctionnement de tout Avant de mettre en location l'accueil par la personne mandatée pour ce faire à été chaleureux avec la remise des clefs, idem pour le départ bref un séjour extrêmement agréable dont nous garderons un tres bon souvenir

Wonderful balcony with fabulous sun and views. Two minute walk to harbour and the heart of things. Spacious apartment, slightly in need of a refreshing eg. very old-fashioned sheets, and uncomfortable balcony chairs. Bit disappointed that there was not a bin liner or loo roll when we arrived but parking great and would highly recommend.

Excellente localisation, la vue est superbe : le plus c est le parking avec accès à Cassis à pieds. Appartement impeccable et suffisamment grand pour 4 personnes. Propriétaire à l écoute et réactive. Un grand merci à Sylvie pour son accueil et ses conseils de balades. Il faudrait juste rajouter de la vaisselle car pour 4 personnes c est un peu juste ( merci le lave-vaisselle ) je recommande fortement ce logement.
