Bas de Villa à 15 min de Nice avec piscine

😊: We are a family of 4 (kids 7 & 13) and stayed at this location for 3 nights after spending 3 in Antibes, we have no complaints. We stayed in the basement of their house and it was very comfortable and good valve for money compared to what’s on offer in Nice etc. A car is recommended as it’s 15min drive from Nice. Lidl, pizza shop, McDonalds etc are 3min drive away. Private pool and table tennis available on site, they also have a friendly dog called Ruby!! Air con worked very well, electric roller shutters on the doors and windows which are a good job, the kids slept on sofa bed with no complaints. We recommend. 👍🏼. 😢: Nothing to really complain about.. Toilet door handle needs attention and the main door handle a bit temperamental but only a minor issue..

😊: Very nice with all you need, kitchen ,coffeemachine etc.Very cosy homefeel and calm. Nice Pool just the right size. Thank you to Habi and Ruby(the dog) for a nice stay..

😊: We had a wonderful stay at these apartments. The host was extremely kind, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our visit. The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was also very convenient, being close to Nice and making it easy to explore the surrounding area. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!.

😊: Large bedroom and living/kitchen areas, small bathroom. Comfortable king sized bed and lounges. Well equipped kitchen. Extra large TV although streaming services only available by subscription. Great pool area, shared with owner. Washing machine facilities greatly appreciated.. 😢: Apartment is at rear of property below ground level with steep steps down, so a little dark inside and not pool view as you might have imagined. No instructions in apartment on WiFi password, TV usage, rubbish etc. Large dog that roams premises when owner not present..

😊: The host was really warm and welcoming also efficient to answer her Phone and reply to messages also understandings for us to have a late check out. The property is beautiful and well look after outside the garden and inside very clean with attention to détails tea coffe station madeleines and water bottles in the fridge absolutly love it hightly recommended.

Wonderfull place outside Nice<br>#128578; We had a great stay here! It is a nice apartment, with a well equiped kitchen and a great big bedroom. And the private pool area is great! Lovely quite location outside of the buzzing in Nice. The hostess and her family are so great, friendly, welcoming, warm and helpfull people. I am sure we will come back - we highly recommend this place.<br>#128577; Everything was good !
