This is a beautiful villa. It has lovely gardens and a wonderful pool and pool side facilities. We were a family of twelve. There are many outside seating arrangements available with a barbecue and tables. Good WiFi and a well fitted kitchen. A car will be needed as it’s quite secluded. It’s a very good starting point to visit the surrounding towns and countryside. Be warned about the mosquitos! They are everywhere and we were all bitten a lot!

A dream vacation. The property is amazing, so many levels to the gardens and the house has so many little things to discover. Great beds and the ensuite bathrooms had strong, hot showers.Total privacy with lush gardening and trees all around. The massive pool was warm and is about 8ft deep on the deep end, has a poolhouse with couches, shower and restroom. We spent 6 days, 5 nights, and barely got to use half of the amenities - there were lawn games like Petanque, a TV loft room and other games we did not have time for as we were so busy. Everything was very quiet by early evening, and the area does not have streetlights leaving it very dark and rural feeling at night, despite only being about 1 mile to an area with grocery stores and gas stations (we frequented Leclerc, which similar to a 'Target Superstore' full grocery and department store in the US).Easy drives to Cannes, Antibes which are each about 10 miles away. Mountain towns 20-30 minutes away had breathtaking views of the valleys. Mougins about 10 minutes to the Southeast was also a charming town with an old town full of restaurants.Would definitely go back.

We spent a wonderful week at this beautiful property in July 2023. Communication with both the owner and the local manager was excellent. The house is large and well maintained. Air-conditioning in all the bedrooms. The highlights are the gardens and the pool area, where we spent most of our time. The surrounding area was great for exploring for adults and children alike.

We had great stay at the Bastide. The property is beautiful, located with mature, green gardens benefiting from great size pool and 360 views of the area. The hosts were very helpful in any aspect of our stay and would like to thank them a lot. We had very good time staying at the property. Thank you.

This is an incredible property in a wonderful location. Highly recommend. The road to the house is narrow so you need to be comfortable driving on narrow roads. Other than that, this place is perfect.
