Bastide provençale de 1850 avec piscine à débordement au sel

We loved the apartment - very spacious for two of us. Dorothee is a fantastic host, very helpful if needed, extremely outgoing and friendly but leaves you in private to enjoy your holiday. The apartment is extremely well equipped with everything you could need and very comfortable for two. The spare room would suit small children - we used it for our luggage! The pool and its area are excellent to relax after a day's sightseeing and very clean. There is plenty of parking space too. The small town of Eyguieres has all you need - an InterMarche as well as two small convenience shops, plenty of bars and a couple of restaurants, bakeries, a market once a week and a post office! It also makes a great base for visiting Nimes, Avignon, Arles, The Camargue, Pont Du Gard, Marseille, Aix etc. The only small issue we had was that the WiFi did not work in the living area. It only reached to the bedroom and the terrace and was unstable at times. If you want to get away from modern life this could be seen as a positive but if you want to stream TV to the lounge it could be a frustration. Dorothee tried hard to re-boot the system and did what she could but it never quite reached the living room. All in all we loved our stay here and would happily come back and would definitely recommend it to others.

Maison très agréable et jolie qui accepte les animaux grand jardin avec des portes électriques sinon très très calme et la propriétaire très souriante agréable et sociable. Nous la conseillons pour des personnes qui recherche le calme il y a piscine extérieure vraiment le top dans un cadre provençale merci

Hôte discrète mais néanmoins disponible. Petit bémol nous concernant par rapport à la connexion Wi-Fi, mais ce n'est pas essentiel. Environnement calme à notre période de location. Très belle région à visiter, il faut être prêt à rayonner un peu.

Dorothee was the most amazing host. Our flight was moved and she organised a pick up from us from Marseille and got us out of a lot of trouble. I wholeheartedly recommend staying in her lovely gite. The only downside for us was Eygalieres being very quiet with no places to eat,etc.We had to drive to Salon de Provence to get produce,dinner.

Très belle expérience quant au logement, aux extérieurs ,à l’environnement,à l’emplacement.accueil chaleureux, disponibilité et amabilité de l’hôtesse . Beaucoup de discrétion et de bienveillance. A recommander . Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Moins: Rue devant la propriété un peu bruyante et terrasse éloignée de la porte du gite . Plus: . très propre, bien équipé. Très bel endroit, village proche, possible d'y aller à pied.

Enchanting setting for a comfortable Gite within a couple of mins, walk to the characterful village/town with just enough dining, cafes, Boulanger and artisan shops to make it possible not to use the supermarket. We had trips out to the sea, the Camargue, the lake, local walks, bike rides & even a day relaxing by the pool. Top holiday

La location est très agréable , spacieuse , décorée dans le pur esprit Provence . Rien ne manque . Mme Ailliaud est très accueillante , sympathique . Ses conseils pour les visites touristiques sont précieux . Nous reviendrons en Provence mais uniquement à la Bastide St Joseph !!!
