Beachfront Sea View Apartment Cannes Boulevard du Midi

😊: Nice appartment and quiet. 😢: There was no aircon in the bedroom and I stayed during a heatwave so was very hot. The bedroom was quite small and a small window overlooked the outside hallway which was outside of the apartment so there is no natural light in the bedroom. Also I was taking public transport to Cannes which is around 5km away. There are 2 buses an hour which drops to one after early morning and the buses stop early in the evening. This is a Cannes issue, so of you are staying here a car is preferable. I could check into the property early which was great, all comms were good. Only issues where the heat and poor public transport, compared to major cities..

😊: The house is located opposite of the beach. 😢: The house is located next to a roundabout, which can be a source of noise, specifically sirens from emergency vehicles (ER or police). The back of the house is near both a train line and an airport, contributing further to potential noise pollution. The apartment's stylish design was appreciated, but the lack of a broom and dustpan for cleaning, coupled with a delayed response and lack of extra trash bags for a longer stay, presented some inconveniences. These are basic amenities one would expect for cleaning an apartment, especially for a stay of over a week..

😊: The hosts were amazing and the apt is very nice with beautiful view !. 😢: In general was everything very good, I would suggest to change the mattress in the bedroom and add an air conditioner or at least a fan...

😊: Very friendly hosts, perfect location, beautiful garden, well equipped flat, garage, free parking on the road. A small beach just across the road.. 😢: Small bed in the bedroom, but the couch can also be used in the living room..

😊: Cozy, pleasant apartment on the first coastline in Cannes. A magnificent view of the azure sea from the living room and from the balcony-terrace, equipped with comfortable furniture. The hostess Tatyana was always in touch, friendly, quickly and competently resolved any issues. We were always glad to communicate with Tatyana and her partner, who speaks 4 languages. On the day of arrival, they met us at the apartment @ 23.30h. It was very nice to find wine and mineral water in the refrigerator, candles on the table, coffee capsules for the next few days. The kitchen is equipped with everything required, the apartment tastefully furnished. Thank you for a pleasant stay..
