Bear chalet in Poubeau 8 minutes from peyragudes, 10 minutes from luchon, mountain view

Toute la famille a adoré mon choix de chalet idéalement placé, avec une vue magnifique depuis sa grande terrasse, et tous les équipements proposés. Je recommande vivement !

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans le chalet de l’Ours. La vue est magnifique et tout est pensé pour que les familles se sentent bien. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Le chalet des ours est très bien situé, le paysage face montagne est superbe. Il offre tous les services attendus. Les relations avec la propriétaire et les personnes en charge de l'accueil se sont très bien passées. Nous avons passé un très agréable moment.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le séjour dans ce chalet. La vue sur les montagnes est magnifique. Le chalet est confortable et bien équipé et l'accueil par Nadine est chaleureux.

My family of 6 adults and 2 kids had a fabulous time here. Great location to skiing and stunning villages. The only thing I was not aware of was the extra charge for linens and cleaning at the last minute. Otherwise all was perfect. I would definitely recommend this home.

This was our second visit in two years to Poubeau, which speaks for itself. We love the location of this beautiful house, perched overlooking the Col de Peyresourde and surrounding mountains and valleys. The VTT from Superbagneres was enjoyed by the mountain bikers amongst us, as were the TDF cols, Port de Bales and the aforementioned Peyresourde by the energetic road cyclists. The rest of us were happy to absorb the breathtaking scenery and magnificent walking on offer. Luchon is a lovely town and the Salon de Thé , "Place No Thé", in Place Maréchal Joffre was a regular favourite for morning coffee and cake. Overall, another fantastic holiday in this beautiful part of the world, which has so much to offer. The views from the balcony were still as stunning as we remembered and the weather was, again, outstanding so we could make the most of them. Thank you for provinding such a lovely location for a memorable holiday.

We had an amazing holiday in this lovely house which enjoys the most fabulous views from the balcony and 4 of the 5 bedrooms. The house is very well equipped, with comfortable beds and high quality kitchen equipment, and the open plan kitchen and living area opens out onto the balcony, which is equipped with tables and benches and even has room for a couple of sun loungers. There is also a bedroom on this floor, which has doors opening onto the balcony. The garage under the house provides ample room for the storage of bikes and walking shoes etc and there is also a small garden on the ground floor with a couple more sun loungers. Luchon is a lovely town with friendly locals and a great atmosphere. The ski lift from the centre of town up to the Superbagneres ski resort provided easy access to numerous mountain bike trails and, with the house located part way up the Col de Peyresourde and the Port de Bales and Col du Portillon nearby, there is no shortage of testing road climbs. As you would expect, the walking is stupendous too, with many hikes accessible after a short drive and some local walks available from the doorstep. All in all, the most amazing family holiday, with perfect weather and views you just wanted to sit and drink in from the convenience of your own terrace, with a bottle of red wine for company.
