Great place, the rooms are smaller than advertised but we didn’t need much. We loved having the ac unit during the heat wave. Would recommend!

This studio apartment was a hidden gem for me and my daughter - we stayed here for 2 weeks - The neighborhood was fantastic and just a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower - felt really safe here and plenty of places to eat with supermarkets very close by and also a big plus was to have a train station about a five minute walk to get to - This was my daughters dream vacation to go to Paris and I hadn't a clue where would be a good place to stay and took a chance with this apartment and area and couldn't be happier - even after 2 weeks of traveling all over Paris this area and apartment were a perfect fit knowing my daughter felt safe - that meant a lot to me - and the icing on the cake was how wonderful Emmanuel and Beatrice took care of us - communicating with us all through the process of checking in and if you ever need them they were just a phone call away - we had no problems to call them but nice to know they were there - the apartment was very clean and they would change our bedding every couple of days - there is a washer and dryer on site which was very convenient - also an air conditioner which worked great - I really can't believe how lucky I was to find this place it really checked all the boxes for me and my daughter - If I ever go back to Paris I wouldn't even give it a second thought about staying here again - Merci Beaucoup Emmanuel et Beatrice

The location was the best thing about this property. Although it was advertised as having stairs, there was no mention that they were steep, spiral stairs!! Very difficult to get your luggage up. The room did NOT look like what was posted. It was so small for 2 people, no where to really open your suitcases, let alone move around. We didn’t spend much time in the room luckily, but wouldn’t want to anyways.

Location was ideal, enough space and commodities for what we needed. Black out blinds were excellent. Other guests when we stayed were a bit noisy so would recommend earplugs. Host was absolutely fantastic and dealt with issues such as the WiFi going down immediately.

Location was excellent, lots of restaurants, cafes, shops and metro just a few minutes away. Walk to the Effle tower was only a 15 min walk. Close proximity to everything. The room was clean, a little small for 4 people (2 adults & 2 teenage kids )But we managed. We were able to use the laundry facilities. They allowed us to check in early which helped us settle in from a red eye flight and rest before exploring Paris. The only thing that wasn't working for us was the mini fridge but not a big deal we didnt cook or anything. Beatrice and Emmanuel, thank you and appreciate everything. Linda

It was clean, and the amenities were extra: dishes, two burner cooktop, cutlery, a kettle, toaster, you could easily fend for yourself for meals here if you wanted - and there is a grocery store just two blocks away. Also, it is on a rare quiet street and yet so close to a lot. The windows open to let in the Parisian air. The Eiffel tower really is so close, and you get the views walking along the street like a real Parisian before landing in the midst of all the tourist crowds. The bathroom is very functional and hot water is hot. If the stairs are a concern, write to them first and ask if they have a unit on the first floor. The rooms with numbers are the ones in the front, the letters indicate the rear. The stairwell in the front is wider so more convenient for bringing luggage in. I had an issue with a sprained foot, and asked to switch, and since they had a vacancy lower down, they did so quickly and smoothly. I was very grateful and my foot was able to heal much more quickly. Oh and yes, the extra of laundry, luggage lockers and toilet are not to be overlooked. Very friendly superintendent also on the premises. They have it covered and are responsive, and friendly. Grateful!

Check in was incredibly easy and the building was nice. The rooms are very small, but it was enough for a few nights for my husband and I. The bathroom/shower were tiny, a bigger person would have issues using the space comfortably. Location was impeccable - so close to everything and the closest metro was a 2 minute walk away. All in all, we would definitely stay again.

The apartment is compact and very well designed to maximise space. Location is superb, close to anenuties, public transport etc. It is luck of the draw regarding neighbours in the other apartments and their noise as thos was quite disruptive at nighttime. Apart from that, it was great.
