😢: Very uncomfortable beds. There is always a bad smell in the kitchen area. I saw at least 5 cockroach in the kitchen. Bathroom and one toilet only. Separated and very old ..

😊: The town was lovely and the flat was in a great location which was easily accessible to what the town had to offer. We travelled by Eurostar from London and it was very easy to change in Paris and get the train up to the location. The Bathroom and the Kitchen of the flat were finished to a high standard and were very pleasant :). 😢: We found there was a damp smell on the ground floor which I believe is due to little ventilation therefore we had to keep the windows open to reduce the smell, however due to staying in December this meant the flat was quiet chilly. We also found that the flat has been fully refurbished but there were quite a few places where you could tell they had cut corners on the refurbishment. I should note we did not report the damp smell to the owners at the time..
